How to log in to BetWinner
Signing in works the same way on desktop, the mobile site and the apps. You need one identifier and your password.
- Open the bookmaker's site or app and choose the login button.
- Enter your account ID, email address or phone number.
- Type your password.
- Enter the two-factor code if you have it switched on.
If you registered in one click, the account ID and password were generated for you and shown once. That is why saving them at sign-up matters.
Recovering a forgotten password
Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login form. You can restore access through the phone number or the email linked to the account, and you receive a code or a link to set a new password.
If neither is linked, recovery has to go through support, who will ask for your account ID and details that prove ownership. Linking both contacts right after registration avoids that situation.
Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication means a password alone is not enough to get in. After enabling it in security settings, you scan a code with an authenticator app, and from then on each new login asks for a six-digit code from that app.
It takes a minute to set up and blocks the most common way accounts are taken over, which is a password reused from another site.
Common login problems
Most failed logins have a simple cause. Work through this list before contacting support:
- a typo in the ID, email or password, including caps lock;
- an authenticator code rejected because the phone's clock is not set automatically;
- the site not loading on your network, in which case try another connection;
- an account blocked for verification, which shows a message asking for documents;
- too many wrong attempts, which locks login for a short time.
Watch for fakes. Only enter your details on the bookmaker's own site or official app. Look-alike pages sent by message are built to steal logins.

I forgot my password. What now?
Use the recovery link on the login form and choose email or phone. You receive a link or a code to set a new password. If you no longer have access to either, contact support and be ready to confirm your identity.
Why is my account blocked after several attempts?
Repeated wrong passwords trigger a temporary lock as a protection against guessing. Wait for the period shown on screen or reset the password, which normally clears the lock.
I lost the phone with my authenticator app. How do I get in?
Use the backup key saved when you enabled two-factor authentication. Without it, support has to disable the protection manually after an identity check, which can take time.
Can I stay logged in on several devices?
Yes, the same account can be used on a computer and a phone. Avoid staying signed in on shared or public devices, and log out of sessions you do not recognise.
